I enjoy collaboration and communication, and lead with a "Leave things better than you found it" mentality. I want to find what makes ideas resonate with people and how we make that a reality, practically.
Proactive organization, realistic planning, effective communication, & supportive leadership are just as (if not more) important as the software and tools we use to create, so I prioritize that as much as I can with my work.
On a more personal note, I love plants and I have a pet crested gecko named Correl! Curiosity, kindness, respect & accountability are very important to me, and I love a work environment with a good sense of humor.
